A non-refundable cost of 50% down payment is required before work commences. Once deposited the pieces will be available within 14-28 days after our last order is completed (Contact will be made). Should the deadline need to be extended, prior notice will be given. (Pieces are built in the order they were commissioned)

If items are not collected after three months of completion, the item will be resold or stripped for raw materials to reclaim the cost.

A standard 3 bedroom house takes 3-4 months to complete provided all criterias are met. These include on-time financing, permits, and a final contract detailing all aspects to be built.
Changing a plan has to be finalized in the previous concluded contract and all cost differences accounted for in both furniture pieces and house construction.
An estimate takes 7-10 days to complete. This will be reduced to a day when our one app becomes functional.
Local wood from our sawmills are cut and sent directly for processing. Over time, the wood dries and shrinks before it is used. However, solid Wood over time still develops minor cracks that are known as 'Checks' in the forest industry. These checks are not faults or defects but instead a characteristic of that species of wood. Thankfully, this phenomena does not hamper the life or use of furniture piece.
